ANTIBODY MODALITIES SURVEY PRIZE DRAW
Terms & Conditions of Prize Draw
- Terms of entry are as follows:
a. The competition is open to those aged 18 years or over except employees of Informa PLC and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
b. Closing date for entry will be 11pm BST Sunday 24 May 2020. After this date the survey may remain open to complete, but no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
c. To enter the prize draw, entrants must fully complete and submit the survey
d. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
e. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
f. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
2. Terms of Prize are as follows:
a. The winner can choose from any Informa Connect Antibody Engineering and Therapeutics event:
- 4 day pass: Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics - 13-17 December 2020, San Diego, CA
- 3 day pass: Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics Asia - 24-26 February 2021, Kyoto, Japan
- 2 day pass: Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics Europe – 25-27 August 2020, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
b. The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other associated costs.
c. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
d. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
e. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. Terms of prize draw are as follows:
a. Winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
b. Winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 28 days of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details to claim the Prize.
c. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return full details to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
