Presentations should be free of commercial bias as well as any references to commercial products and services. All selected faculty are required to disclose the existence of any significant financial interest. Financial interest may affect the consideration of your presentation/proposal application.
You will be notified by the Event Review Committee if your presentation has been selected.
As an in-person poster presenter, you can:
- Meet with attendees on-site in the poster presentation hall and discuss your work
- Showcase your research to big pharma representatives and other scientists in the field
- Obtain exposure to key leaders in the antibody engineering and therapeutics landscape
- Hold face-to-face meetings with attendees who visit your poster
- Post a PDF of your poster for in-person and digital attendees to download
As a digital poster presenter, you can:
- Post a PDF of your poster for in-person and digital attendees to download
- Network with attendees digitally and obtain exposure to key leaders in the antibody engineering and therapeutics landscape
- Showcase your research to big pharma representatives and other scientists in the field
- Be a part of the digital poster presentation area
The deadline to submit an abstract and your poster is November 10, 2023 (full payment for conference and poster fee must be received by this date). After that date posters are on a space-available basis.
PLEASE NOTE: After November 10, 2023, poster space will be based on space availability only. You will be contacted after you submit your poster abstract below to let you know whether we will be able to accommodate it.
NB: Submitting an abstract below does not guarantee acceptance of your poster. Our team will aim to let you know if you have been accepted within 5 working days of submission.
**POSTER SPECIFICATIONS**
In-Person Poster: Poster must be printed by presenter and no larger than 48” high by 36” wide (Portrait).
Note that all in-person poster presenters should also submit a digital poster following the specs below.
Digital Poster: Your poster size should be A4 (8-1/4”x11-3/4” or 210 x297 mm) for scrolling capability. Please send your files to lsposters@informa.com no later then November 10.
