If you wish to present a poster, please be sure to you complete the following actions no later than August 1, 2025. 

• Register for an in-person ALL ACCESS pass, please note that exhibition visitor and booth staff pass holders are not eligible to present a poster
• Submit your poster abstract using the form below

Then, please submit a PDF of your poster by August 22, 2024:

• In-Person Poster: All posters must be printed by the presenter and printed in the following dimensions only: 48” high by 36” wide (portrait layout). 
• Virtual Poster: Presenters must send their poster in a .PDF format (portrait) with an ideal resolution of 300 dpi and size of A4 (8-1/4” x 11-3/4” or 210 x 297 mm).
