To be approved for a complimentary 3-day exhibit hall pass, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Applicant company must have a therapy in pipeline
Applicants must be an active member of a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization
Applicants cannot already be a registered attendee
Applicants cannot be from an existing event sponsor nor exhibitor organization
Applicants cannot be from a CDMO, CMO, CRO, supplier or vendor organization of any type
Applicants cannot have a sales, marketing, account manager or business development job title nor focus

All applications must be submitted by Friday, March 1, 2024. You will be notified by email if your application is approved. All complimentary pass requests are up to the discretion of the organizers for approval.
