5th April 2023 Update - Our in-person poster capacity is now full, so any new poster abstracts submitted on or after 5th April will only be available in a digital format in the ConnectMe app. Sponsors who have posters included in their sponsorship package will still have in-person poster space reserved.

Any all access or digital experience pass holder working for a pharma/biotech company is eligible to present a scientific poster at no additional charge.

The deadline to submit an abstract and be included in the conference documentation is 7 April 2023 (full payment for conference and poster fee must be received by this date). After that date posters are on a space-available basis.

POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

In-Person Poster: Poster must be printed by presenter and no larger than 1.5m high by 1m wide. Note that all in-person poster presenters should also submit a digital poster following the specs below.

Digital Poster: Send your poster in a .PDF format with ideal resolution of 300 dpi to chelcie.bird@informa.com no later than 7 April 2023. Size should be A4 (8-1/4”x11-3/4” or 210 x297 mm) for scrolling capability.

Presentations should be free of commercial bias as well as any references to commercial products and services. All selected faculty are required to disclose the existence of any significant financial interest. Financial interest may affect the consideration of your presentation/proposal application.
