If you wish to present a poster, please be sure to you complete the following actions no later than 5 November, 2024:
- Register for an IN-PERSON ALL ACCESS pass, please note that exhibition visitor and booth staff pass holders are not eligible to present a poster
- Submit your poster abstract using the form below
Then, please submit a PDF of your poster by 15 November, 2024:
Poster Specifications: Send your poster in a .PDF format with ideal resolution of 1920x1080 + 300 dpi. Further instructions will be provided once your poster abstract is accepted.
In-Person Poster: All posters must be printed by the presenter and printed in the following dimensions only: 48” high by 36” wide (portrait layout).
Virtual Poster: Presenters must send their poster in a .PDF format (portrait) with an ideal resolution of 300 dpi and size of A4 (8-1/4” x 11-3/4” or 210 x 297 mm).
Poster Limitations:
- Event Partners: Up to 5 posters per company
- Platinum & Gold Sponsors: Up to 2 posters per company
- All other sponsors: 1 poster per company
- Supplier/Vendor Organizations - maximum 1 poster
- Pharma/Biotech Organizations with Therapies in Pipeline - no limit to poster submissions
- ***Presentations should be free of commercial bias as well as any references to commercial products and services.
