To join the Finovate Awards 2026 judging panel, you must meet the following criteria:

Proven expertise and practical experience in the financial technology sector, with a deep understanding of the industry’s real-world impact on financial institutions and their customers. (Please note: roles focused on business development or sales are not eligible.)
A minimum of eight years in senior leadership roles as a banker/FI exec, fintech innovator/founder, venture capitalist, industry analyst, or similar.
A commitment to fairness and integrity, ensuring unbiased, impartial, and independent decision-making throughout the awards process.
