Hundreds of market research professionals gathered at the Omni in Downtown Nashville for three days in November at our annual TMRE: The Market Research Event to learn and network after almost two years apart. Throughout the conference, there was a constant and strong theme: Customer Insights are more critical than EVER before to business growth.
