Presentations should be free of commercial bias as well as any references to commercial products and services. All selected faculty are required to disclose the existence of any significant financial interest. Financial interest may affect the consideration of your presentation/proposal application.

You will be notified by the Event Review Committee if your presentation has been selected.

Why Should You Submit a Poster?

  1. FOCUSED DISCUSSIONS: Posters offer the opportunity to engage with others also interested in the same subject and application as yourself which could potentially lead to future collaboration.

  2. RECEIVE IMPARTIAL CRITIQUES: An insightful, impartial discussion of your work by a peer can often provide ideas for improving your work downstream.

  3. SHARPEN YOUR PRESENTATION SKILLS: Presenting a poster enables you to explain a concept in different ways to see which method is most well received and practice your visual and oral presentations.

  4. HONE YOUR IDEAS: A poster is ideal for early stages of the research, when you may not have much more than an idea, and you stand to benefit a lot from discussing your idea with other researchers from the same field.

The deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, April 18
Full payment for conference and poster fee must be received by this date). After that date posters are on a space-available basis.


POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

In-Person Poster: Poster must be printed by presenter and no larger than 48” high by 36” wide (Portrait). Note that all in-person poster presenters should also submit a digital poster following the specs below.

Digital Poster: Send your poster in a .PDF format with ideal resolution of 300 dpi to l
sposters@informa.com no later than 2nd May, 2025.  Size should be A4 (8-1/4”x11-3/4” or 210 x297 mm) for scrolling capability.
